TEST PROJECT MANAGER
Location	Penang
Client	Multinational Corporation - Asia Pacific Office
Industry	EMS - manufacturing
Report To	Operation Manager

Jobs:

Responsible inmanaging the design and development of complex functional and in-circuit testers.
Authority and responsibility in schedules, project finances and quality andwill interface directly with customers as well as suppliers.
Involvement will include proposal development through transition-to-manufacturing activities .
Manage customers' expectations with regard to project team performance, deliverables, and schedules .
Be responsible for the selection and ultimate performance of third party suppliers and subcontractors

Requirements:

Bachelor/MasterDegree in Electrical Engineering with minimum of 8 years' working experience in an electrical development and project management environment .
Must have functional test or/and in-circuit development experience
