Responsibilities:
Handle
the full spectrum of Human Resource functions
Responsible
for the development and management of an effective and responsive full spectrum
of the HR initiatives, activities and function
Provide
strategic support for the management of the company employment guidelines and
legal requirements
Identify
& develop appropriate programs for career advancement, staff development,
staff retention and ultimately to ensure right people at the right place all
the times
To
handle overall recruitment processes, monitor employee's welfare and
remuneration packages, identify employees' training needs and coordinate
training
Other
HR related matters
Involve
in Project Management, particularly in Knowledge Transfer and Competency Gap
Analysis.
Requirements:

Degree in Human Resource Management /
Business Administration or equivalent.

Minimum 10 years of working experience in
HR field with 6 years experience in managerial position.

Able to handle multiple projects
con-currently.

Analytical mind, systematic, organized and
dynamic with good interpersonal skills and able to lead the development of HR
strategies.

Knowledge in implementation of HR policy,
ie, compensation, manpower development, performance appraisal system.
-
Well verse with labour laws and related
statutory requirement.
-
Knowledge in Project Management will be a
great advantage.
