Finance - Interaction with Finance Department
pertaining to finance/accounting/ credit matters.

Recruitment - interview & Recruit Marketing & Sales Personnel.

Administrative - Marketing & Sales Operation and Implementation.

Delegation
of Work - All matters
relating to marketing & sales and business development/business
negotiation.
Qualifications : Diploma/Degree.
Experience : More than 10 years working experience in
Property Operations, Marketing & Sales.
Specific
skills /abilities : Extensive working experience in Property
Industry.
Personal qualities : Good leadership & managing skills, innovative &
proactive.
