Responsibilities:
-
To control project cost and ensure overall budget of the projects
is maintained from inception to completion.
-
To evaluate contractor's bid and advise on competitiveness of priceand to monitor the cost of major cost elements as well as exercise timely
completion of final account.
-
Construction cost control within budget.
Requirements:
-
Degree in Quantity Surveying
-
At least 7 years working experience in related fields.
-
Candidates with background of ISO 9001:2000 QMS and any otherquality related features preferred
-
Good knowledge of property development standard operating procedures
-
Computer literate and well verse with Microsoft Office such as Excel, Words and PowerPoint.
-
Experience in Commercial Offices, Shopping Complex and Service Apartments would be an added advantage.
