• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveyor / Professional certificate 
• Min 5 years of related experience in construction firm. Experience in roofing construction is preferable
• Must be able to do site measurement, valuation, taking and bills of quantities, prepare claims & quotation and contract administration
• Computer literate
