To implement, maintain and improve the
QSHE management system established by the company at the project site

To monitor and verify the implementation of suitable corrective and preventive action.

To interface and communicate with all departments within the projects sites to develop and maintain the quality
management system.

To review and recommend amendments to the project quality management system documents.

To coordinate, review and report any feedback from clients, with a view for prevention non-conformances and the general
improvement of organization, practices and procedures.

To prepare the report for Project management review meeting.

To schedule the required QSHE system audit.

To prepare Monthly QSHE performance report and feedback to HQ
-
To maintain and manage the issuance ofquality management system documents.
-
Monitor and supervise all environmental protection matter, ensure they are conducted correctly according to the related
Environmental Protection Enforcement Plan.

Provide support and monitoring of project site on the status of S&H implementation and standards
-
To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job
scope and work place as required by the company
Qualifications : Degree
in Engineering (Civil or Environment)
Experience : Minimum
5 years working experience in Quality Engineering.
Specific skills/Abilities : Must possess working knowledge of ISO
9001,ISO 14000, OSHAS 18001 in either
manufacturing or construction, preferably both.
Personal Qualities : Able
to communicate with all levels of management, analyze and formulate strategy and action
plans to achieve set goals.
