Responsibilities:
Providing legal advice and support to meet the needs of various
business units such as commercial & regulatory compliance, drafting &
reviewing a variety of commercial agreements & operational contracts. Providing objective, practical advice and solutions based on an
understanding of the law and operational requirements and working with external
panel lawyers where applicable on litigation and non-litigation cases. Advising management on legal and commercial risks associated
with transactions, their potential impact and suggested mitigating actions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Law or equivalent Strong foundation in Land, Contract & Company Laws &
experience in litigation would be an advantage Minimum 3 years working experience as inhouse legal counsel
and/or practising lawyer Ability to meet tight deadlines and to take on diversified tasks
