Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall Human Resource matters at the project site and supporting the line managers/departmental head to deal with day-to-day people management issues to achieve high standards of performance & provide value-added advice & services.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years working experience in human resource field with at least 3 years in managerial capacity.
• Must be competent in the full spectrum of human resource functions.
• Possess a dynamic personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Resourceful, analytical, results-driven team player with strong leadership qualities.
• Willing to be based in northern region
