Responsibilities:
Responsible for recruitment, performance management,
compensation & benefits, talent development and retention, as well as
strategic HR initiatives.
Analyse problems in HR systems and policies and come up with
solutions; provide information and proposals for the improvement of HR system.
Evaluate business performance and contribute to better human
and capital resource allocation, establish the roles and respondibilities,
develop and implement HR standards and practices.
To conduct research and analyse salary and benefits
movement, economic trends and Company's business to develop competitive
compensation & benefits.
Requirements:
Min a Degree in Business Administration with post gradute
qualification in Human Resources
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in generalist Human
Resource
A leader and team player able to work effectively in a
multi-cultural environment with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated, resourceful, reliable, driven and analytical
Strong leadership abilities.
Exposure to operations and team
management in cross-regional.
