    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, talent development and retention, as well as strategic HR initiatives.
    • Analyse problems in HR systems and policies and come up with solutions; provide information and proposals for the improvement of HR system.
    • Evaluate business performance and contribute to better human and capital resource allocation, establish the roles and respondibilities, develop and implement HR standards and practices.
    • To conduct research and analyse salary and benefits movement, economic trends and Company's business to develop competitive compensation & benefits.

    Requirements:

    • Min a Degree in Business Administration with post gradute qualification in Human Resources
    • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in generalist Human Resource
    • A leader and team player able to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Self-motivated, resourceful, reliable, driven and analytical
    • Strong leadership abilities.
    • Exposure to operations and team management in cross-regional.
