Job Objectives

  • To provide support and assist in the management of the human resource functions in the areas of human resource planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, industrial relations and collective bargaining, staff welfare and labor relations to achieve companies’ and department’s objectives.

Job Specifications

  • Provide advice and assist HR Manager in the annual manpower planning and budget, monthly manpower statistics and act on staff requisition proactively.
  • Source manpower through internal and external advertisements and recruitment agencies.
  • Administer and monitor closely the monthly execution of the payroll functions accurately so as to ensure on-time salary payment and other staff benefits such as medical costs, retirement benefits, leave management system, insurance scheme, stock ownership program under the Company’s Scheme of Service and the Collective Agreement.
  • Administer and provide advisory services with respect to Collective Agreement, Labor Laws and company’s employment policy to ensure compliance on matters relating to performance appraisal, promotion, transfer, discipline, salary and other HR related activities.
  • Maintain and update the HRMS Peoplesoft modules monthly to provide timely information to management  to facilitate decision making.
  • Develop and maintain relationship in facilitating good rapport with external agencies such as EPF, SOCSO, Inland Revenue Board, Immigration Department, Labor Office, Union officials, Banks etc towards achieving mutual interest.
  • Collaborate with other HR teams in Malaysia and Paris in matters relating to Group HR policies and practices.

 JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree preferably in Human Resource Management/ Social Science/Business Administration
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in a Human Resource Management functions.
  • Knowledge in MS Office applications especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of HRMS PeopleSoft and payroll software KarenSoft
  • Able to organize complex workload and be multi-tasked in a fast pace environment
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills
