Report To

Group Human Resource Manager

Duties

• Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including HR planning and development, hiring and staffing, training and education, performance management, compensation and benefits and employee relations.
• Responsible for the development, management and implementation of an effective and responsive HR department.
• Review, improve and enforce the implementation of existing and newly-deployed HR policies and procedures to ensure they are understood and complied by all levels of personnel.
• Proactively develop, review and improve on the HR indicators and practices in adherence to the corporate requirements and expectations as well as governmental legislations and regulations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Management Studies, Human Resource Management, Social Sciences or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in the human resources field, and at least 5 years in the capacity of human resource managerial level within the hospitality industry
• Matured, strong leadership, independent, resourceful, good team player and result oriented
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, ability to work under pressure
• Must be computer literate
