Job Summary  

  • The incumbent will be responsible to manage the overall operations of the Company and ensure that the short and long term objectives of the Business Plan, as approved by the Executive Committee/Board, are achieved.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Responsible to continuously monitor the implementation of the business plan to ensure profitability and sustainability.
  • Identify and set specific strategic growth direction for the Company.
  • Oversee project implementation, job procurement and resource management through regular project performance meetings.
  • Network and identify new business expansion opportunities, both within and outside the country.
  • Ensure the efficient and effective administration of all departments and implement policies and procedures consistent with the Group Policy practices.
  • Represent the organization in dealing with major customers, shareholders and the general public.
  • Plan and direct all investigations and negotiations pertaining to mergers, joint-ventures,  business acquisitions and the sale of major assets with approval from the Board of Directors.
  • Oversee the adequacy, financial requirements and soundness of the Company’s financial structure.
  • To develop and maintain sound relationship with supporting financial institution at all time.
  • Establish branding by producing quality products within budgeted time and cost.
  • Ensure transparency, accountability and responsibility in all transactions in the interest of the Company.
  • Perform any other duties assigned from time to time by the Executive Committee Managing Director or Board of Directors

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design or equivalent
  • 10-15 years working experience in a senior management position managing a company handling in interior design. 
  • Capable of managing multi-disciplinary works within a project including handling project planning, budget and cost control, safety and quality system implementation
  • Possess extensive and proven track record in managing operations in interior design works including operations, contracts administration and finance.
  • Technically very sound and possess the ability to resolve complex issues arising from clients and customers.
  • Posses excellent PR, communication and site management skill.
  • Self motivated and hardworking and able to work independently,.
  • Very committed and possess high leadership quality in leading project teams.
  • Computer literate and familiar with software related to interior design work.
  • Willing to travel, local & overseas
