Reporting
directly to the Malaysia country Managing Director and functionally to the
Finance Director for Asia Pacific based on Hong Kong, the key areas of
responsibilities include:-

Overseeing
the preparation of monthly financial accounts
-
Financial
analysis and management reports
-
Budgeting
and budgetary control
-
Formulating
and up-keeping of appropriate finance and administrative systems and controls
-
Credit
control and collection
-
Cash
flow and foreign currency exposure management
-
Financial
and business evaluation of specific projects or contracts
-
Tax,
secretarial and legal matters
The
company뭩 IT platform is a fully integrated system developed in-house linking
both operations and accounts. Monthly
reports are transmitted via web-based dedicated software to the Group뭩 head
office in Paris. Intra-group settlements are done through an
international netting system. Hence, a
high degree of computer literacy is essential.
Candidates
should be:

A
qualified accountant with a strong educational background
-
At
least 3 years� experience in a similar capacity, preferably in freight
forwarding and related industries.

Career
experience in international companies would also be favored.
-
He/She
should be mature and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-
Ideal
age of candidates should be in the range of 35-45.
