Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building/Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 years related working experience
• Knowledge of FIDIC form of contract would be an added advantage
• Good command of English is essential
• Experienced in pre and post contract functions including tender/contracts review, drafting agreements, procurement and award of sub-contract works, negotiation with sub-contractors and contract administration
• Hands-on experience in contract administration, claims management and cost management
• Significant experience in contract strategy and drafting, contracting procedures, planning and managing procurement of sub-contract works for huge projects, sub-contract negotiations, defending claims brought about by sub-contractors and dispute resolutions are essential
• Experience with multinational companies/international contractors would be an added advantage
• Ability to lead and manage a team of QS personnel
• Initiative, proactive and able to communicate at all levels
• Willing to be based at project site locally and overseas
